Returns

  • You may return items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Sale items and limited edition drops are final sale unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

EU Customers - Statutory Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at contact@essentialandsimple.com before the 14-day period expires. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at contact@essentialandsimple.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to the address we provide.

  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect).

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@essentialandsimple.com with a photo of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To get a different size or color, return the original item and place a new order.
